EMR Law – Position Statement Regarding COVID-19

Dear Clients, Friends, and Community, 

I wanted to take a moment during this time of uncertainty regarding COVID-19 to let you know that the Law Office of E. Marvin Romero is open and our team is dedicated to continue serving the community. What is certain is the fighting spirit of New Mexicans and the fighting spirit of our fellow Americans. The health and safety of individuals is paramount. If you have an OPEN case, we are continuing to work on your matter. If you have been injured, our team is available via telephone, ZOOM, FaceTime, and email. Our firm has provided remote services for clients out of convenience, and we can provide these same services out of necessity. Like all of you, our firm is adapting to the conditions as they surface.
