I have known Mr. Romero since 1996 when he was my high school teacher and varsity basketball coach. He was always there... for you as a student and an athlete. Fast forward some 23 years later and I ran into Mr. Romero in the mall with his family. While catching up on old times he told me he was now an attorney. He gave me his card and told me if I ever needed anything to give him a call.While I never imagined I would need an attorney for something so awful, about a year later my 3 yr old little boy was attacked by our neighbors 120lb Rottweiler. My son was badly injured and required significant medical care. He was also left with wounds and scars to his face and head that will never go away.During this whole incident the city of Albuquerque, APD and other agencies dropped the ball and my neighbors were held unaccountable. After all the stress and doors being slammed in my face, I found Mr. Romero’s card in my wallet. The very next day we were in his office working on our claim and coming up with a plan of attack. Mr. Romero fought for our child as if it was his own kid and he made sure everyone was held accountable. My son received a sizable settlement and he won’t have to worry about money for college, for plastic surgery to fix his scars, his first car or the many expenses he will face as a young adult.Marvin is more than an attorney to our family and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. I was rear ended by a dump truck on 12/4/2018. I was seeking legal help from other offices but unfortunately they were... not very helpful at all. I decided to do a little more research and I found Marvin Romero. I was skeptical, I don't trust many people especially after being told no one could help me but he did not turn me away in fact, he told me I do have a case. I wanted to meet Marvin in person so we spoke over the phone and set up a meet and greet that same day.I felt much better meeting him in person. What's crazy is after leaving his office and signing the contract I was rear ended again and this time rushed to the hospital. I was scared and in complete shock that two collisions happened to me back to back.
